How To Make a Purchase

Browse through our catalogue and select the items you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket.

Once you have completed your selection click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that are required to process your order.

We accept the following major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron via secure PayPal payment system.

Shipping & Handling

Postage & Packaging Costs for deliveries within mainland U.K. are Free of Charge for all orders over £50. Orders outside of the U.K. are based on an independant flat rate which wil be automatically added at the checkout. This postage charge is non refundable.

Deliveries are made by courier and or UK Mail. We will endeavour to deliver your goods within 5-10 working days from your order date after a 2-3 day packaging / handling (subject to product availability and any delays caused by peak or holiday periods) - Many of our products are handmade and so a four to six week lead time may apply to your order.

Please note! Deliveries are Mon-Fri only, if items are dispatched on a Friday you will receive your parcel on the following Monday unless it's a bank holiday than you will receive it on the Tuesday.

Also Please note that we endeavour to check that the quality of all orders shipped meet the high standards that our customers expect. However we are unable to guarantee that shoes despatched will be 'box fresh' i.e. they may have been tried on by customers in our store.

Delivery Schedule

On receipt of your order and payment clearance we will despatch your goods as described above. Once goods have been despatched we will advise you by email.

If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.

If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment.

In the case of orders greater than 1 pair of shoes goods may be despatched at different times.

Delivery Policy

Delivery will only be made to the cardholder's registered address which may need to be verifed before despatch. We will not in any circumstances delivery to any other address.

Customs / Import Duties

Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Tax Charges

The price is inclusive of any payable VAT in the U.K and countries within the E.U.
VAT of 20% is deducted from all orders made outside of the E.U.

Product Prices

The price of your order (exclusive of delivery) will be as shown in our current catalogue or on our website at the time you place your order. However, they may be subject to change.

Every effort is made by us to ensure that the prices shown in our current catalogue or shown in our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you choose to cancel your order we will refund or credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited to your credit card for the cancelled goods.

Offers, Promotions and Sale Products

Only full priced products will qualify for promotions (for example free gifts), reduced or sale items are not eligible for additional promotions. Only one discount can be used at a time, no discount codes can be used in conjunction with eachother. All discount codes exclude ALL Dubarry products.

Product Descriptions

The description of the goods you order will, so far as possible, be as shown in our current catalogue or on our website at the time you placed your order. However, whilst every care is taken by us to ensure that the description and specification of our goods are correct at the time of publication, due to the limitations of photography, broadcasting, browser software, and other factors beyond our control, colour of goods you receive may differ slightly from the brochure or website reproduction. We are also subject to and can accept no liability for changes in specifications imposed upon us by our suppliers. If you are in any way dissatisfied with any goods you receive from us, you may return these in accordance with our returns policy.


You warrant that the information entered onto the Order Form is true.

Where we sell to you under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976) your statutory rights are not affected by this agreement.

Product Warranties

Some of the products we sell may include a manufacturers warranty against faulty materials or workmanship, and does not include everyday wear and tear.
